Description

Instead of keeping changes within the directory where the Synclosure script resides, cache.ini and sources.ini were being recreated in the current working directory.

Note: I lost a database earlier in the day and have restored from backup. I'm recreating some of the tickets to enable integration with Subversion commits which were (thankfully) not lost.

Unfortunately, that means most of the ticket information is lost.

Associated revisions

Revision 71 (diff)
Added by Deoren Moor over 6 years ago

[issues #48,#52]
Fixed #48: Synclosure will now accept a destination via command-line and create the folder if it doesn't exist. In addition, the previous hard coded behavior of creating subdirectories based on the feed title has been modified to use a boolean flag: usesubfolders

If the destination isn't set, the default behavior is to use the current directory for downloads. There are a few issues with the sources.ini and cache.ini files being recreated instead of using the copy in the same dir as the script, but that will be fixed on #52.

Revision 72 (diff)
Added by Deoren Moor over 6 years ago

[issues #52]
Configured the path to the cache and sources files. Now those 'absolute' paths will be updated instead of creating new ones in the CWD. In the future there will be a boolean flag to use these instead of the user's home dir (#7).
